Knight Knox specialises in UK buy-to-let property investments. For over 21 years, we have built a global community of more than 6,500 investors, helping clients work towards long-term financial goals. We work closely with property developers to bring new-build and off-plan projects to market, often supporting and championing developments from launch through to completion. This requires creativity and strategic thinking, finding fresh ways to promote the same property - sometimes for years.
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator with strong, demonstrable writing ability and practical design skills. This is a hands-on role for someone who can write original, engaging content and understands how to communicate with clarity, confidence and personality.
Writing is central to this role. You should be able to share real examples of your work and show how you adapt tone and messaging for different audiences. You will also be responsible for helping maintain the integrity of our brand, monitoring how it is used and ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Write original, engaging copy for brochures, email campaigns, website content, and video scripts
- Build and update marketing brochures, presentations and core sales assets
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across digital and print materials
- Review marketing materials produced across the business to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Support the creation of digital and print assets
- Coordinate content across campaigns to ensure clarity and consistency
- Work closely with internal teams to translate technical information into compelling, human-focused content
- A confident, experienced writer with demonstrable copywriting experience
- Able to show a portfolio of real, original written work
- Strong practical design skills and confidence using design tools
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Creative, curious and commercially aware
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback on creative work
