We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands that effective email marketing is not just about sending campaigns, but about delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time. You will play a key role in planning and delivering targeted email campaigns that nurture prospects, engage existing clients, and support lead generation across the business. Using Salesforce and our dedicated email marketing platform, Account Engagement, you will build segmented audiences, create personalised campaigns based on behaviour and lifecycle stage, and continually optimise performance through data-led insights. This role suits someone who enjoys combining creativity, analytics, and strategy to drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver strategic email campaigns and automated nurture journeys that support lead generation and client engagement.
- Develop personalised messaging based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage, and engagement history.
- Build, segment, and manage email audiences within Salesforce to ensure accurate targeting and improved campaign performance.
- Design and optimise mobile-responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Analyse results, identify trends, and provide data-led recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Produce clear campaign performance reports and share insights with the wider marketing and sales teams.
- Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to ensure email activity aligns with wider campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Maintain best practice in email marketing including compliance, deliverability, and data hygiene.
- Stay up to date with developments in email marketing, automation, and personalisation tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering email marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into improvements.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging email content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and creative approach to campaign development and optimisation.
- Experience in property, investment, or financial services marketing would be advantageous but is not essential.
