About The Role

This role supports experienced mortgage advisers in processing applications for high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients across Prime Central London and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and clients to ensure timely progression of cases.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems promptly.
• Handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers and the wider finance team.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
