About The Role

The Senior Marketing Executive (B2B) will work collaboratively with the Res Dev Marketing Managers and wider Marketing and Communications team to manage creative briefs through asset delivery. The role is responsible for delivering Tier One and Tier Two complex assets and BAU activity, collaborating with the Enablement Team to identify third‑party partners and deliver campaigns efficiently.

The Role Responsibilities include:

  • Actively collaborating with Residential Development & Investment marketing partners and stakeholders to interrogate briefs and deliver complex creative solutions aligned to the Residential strategy.
  • Taking the creative brief and, together with the Enablement Team, identifying the best‑placed third‑party creative supplier, then guiding the creation of the asset(s) through production to launch.
  • Using the Knight Frank DAM (Frontify) effectively to manage workflow and store assets and champion DAM governance.
  • Using Monday.com to build and manage a project timeline/Gantt chart that identifies all activities, milestones, and progress of a campaign.
  • Proactively identifying inputs needed from marketing and business stakeholders, presenting concepts and ideas, agreeing feedback and next steps.
  • Coordinating with key members of the Enablement Team (content, digital, events, social) for input and execution, ensuring clear briefing.
  • Acting as brand champion, ensuring all creative assets meet brand and quality standards.
  • Delivering against department SLAs, completing projects on time, on brand, within budget.
  • Setting up campaign tracking (UTM, campaign codes, etc.) and ensuring they are captured in the Power BI dashboard for future reporting, working with the data team for accurate tracking.
  • Creating relevant marketing emails in Dot digital, updating website pages, and suggesting appropriate imagery.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience delivering end‑to‑end marketing campaigns utilizing the full marketing mix.
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of the property marketing industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident, articulate, and able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and self‑motivated.
  • Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and cooperative attitude.
