Job Description:

Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support the Battersea & Riverside Lettings team.

Role:

The Operations Coordinator will deliver exceptional customer service and provide crucial support in lettings administration. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and thrive in a cooperative environment. They will remain calm under pressure whilst consistently delivering diligent and efficient support.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain detailed property activity records, ensuring every update is timely and accurate.
  2. Manage land registry title checks and maintain records.
  3. Design and prepare template letters and forms, including marketing recommendations and terms.
  4. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documents for property marketing.
  5. Ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO regulations.
  6. Prepare reports for meetings, aiding strategic decisions.
  7. Distribute portal inquiries and streamline system processes.
  8. Handle office invoices, create purchase orders, and process receipts.
  9. Enforce office policies, manage storage, and address security issues.
  10. Generate and analyze Power BI reports for security insights.
  11. Facilitate onboarding of new staff and internal transfers.
  12. Lead customer experience initiatives.
  13. Coordinate property listings with EPCs, photos, floorplans, and descriptions.
  14. Maintain ISO, health and safety, and sustainability standards.
  15. Oversee office facilities and contractor arrangements.

Key Experience Required:

  1. Over 3 years in Operations or Administrative roles.
  2. Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office.
  3. Industry knowledge is a plus.
