Knight Frank is looking to hire a London Research Associate to work within the 28-strong Commercial Research team.
Scope
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential, and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now has a global network of over 20,000 people in over 600 offices across 53 territories.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quarterly London research outputs on time and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Generate insights for articles, outputs, client engagement, and social media.
- Contribute to The London Series, Knight Frank’s annual insight series.
- Engage with clients via market presentations, alongside or instead of the Head of London Research.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from clients, internal stakeholders, and press.
- Prepare internal market briefings before public release.
- Manage content flow for the Knight Frank Intelligence Lab and SharePoint sites.
- Use data infrastructure and team resources to generate new insights and metrics.
- Apply research outputs from the team to develop a London perspective.
Qualifications/Education Required
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in analytical or market research roles.
- Degree qualified with an analytical approach and attention to detail.
- Interest in data analysis and articulating conclusions accessibly.
- Interest in working with the London offices team and current affairs relating to the London real estate market.
