About The Role

Job Description The human element in the property world is all too easily overlooked.

This is why Knight Frank believes in building long-term sustainable relationships with both clients and staff.

This enables us to provide clear, considered and personalised advice on all areas of property whilst not forgetting to have some fun along the journey.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for growing our local market share by building relationships with potential Vendors and Landlords.
  • Build credibility with prospective clients by sharing market updates and discussing activity in the housing market both at a local and national level.
  • Utilising our database to build a pipeline of future business.
  • Deliver consistently exceptional service both to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and cross-sell our services to clients where applicable.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure they are being looked after appropriately Demonstrate good knowledge of Knight Frank service lines and be able to cross-sell our services to clients where appropriate.
  • Adhere to the regulations and guidelines laid down in the Firm’s internal procedures at all times
