About the Role

Product Business Analyst – Head Office, Baker Street. A 9-month fixed‑term contract supporting the agile development of our global property search product. The role assists the Product Manager in aligning strategies with the product backlog.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help define product specifications, feature roadmap, and detailed user stories in collaboration with software engineers.
  • Support new product and feature releases, including launch campaigns.
  • Test new product features for quality assurance.
  • Work with the UX team to collect customer research, insights, and market trends.
  • Analyse data, including web analytics and customer feedback, to identify pain points and improvements.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of internal systems and processes, and liaise across teams to improve performance.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.
  • Assist the Product Manager and prioritise the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technology constraints.

Experience Required

  • Collaboration across cross‑functional agile digital teams (UX/UI, content, software).
  • Data‑driven decision making with strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Championing SEO, accessibility, and brand consistency in product delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for digital improvement, optimisation, and user‑journey enhancement.
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, including content updates, stakeholder requests, and platform changes.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels.
  • Prioritisation and organisation in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Collaboration with technical and non‑technical teams to drive shared outcomes.
  • Balancing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Support education and engagement of the global property search product.
