We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you are passionate about real estate, possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing:- Arrange appointments for property valuations and viewings.
- Prepare and issue Letters of Offer and generate tenancy agreements.
- Assist with lease renewals.
- Maintain and update tenant details in the Leasing System.
- Prepare and submit monthly leasing reports.
- Place advertisements in newspapers and on Property Guru.
- Apply for new utilities accounts for tenants.
- Prepare monthly occupancy reports.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to the Marketing/Leasing department.
- Update and manage vacant unit listings and share them with co-broking agents.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Holds a diploma in Real Estate, Marketing, Property Management or an equivalent field.
- Ready for lots of opportunities for growth and career development.
