About The Role

The role combines business and operational responsibilities. You will undertake a hands-on and strategic leadership position to drive and grow new business in facility/property management services for retail and commercial properties.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Establish and execute client engagement strategies from prospecting and appointment to post-appointment engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to manage and keep abreast of their changing expectations
  • Lead and manage a team to meet set revenue growth targets and non-financial KPIs
  • Apply technology and ESG practices towards creating innovative asset management solutions
  • Manage operational and contractual matters between the firm and clients
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of proposals and tender pitches

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management or Property Management, with leadership responsibilities, at least 5 projects in facilities/properties management or integrated facilities management services
  • Proven track record in developing high-performance cultures through thought leadership in the facilities/properties management sector
  • Good presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts for stakeholder buy-in
  • Able to analyse data and communicate insights simply
  • Creative problem solver with preference for fast-paced and rapid growth environment
  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Management, Real Estate, or related discipline
