This role is based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates). Relocation will be required for the successful candidate.
We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Graduate Surveyor, with a flexible attitude and motivation to develop, to work on Residential Valuation and Advisory in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be on the valuation APC route, initially focusing on instruction and research related work, but looking to further their own skillset within valuations.
Responsibilities- A willingness to learn and understand the GCC real estate market.
- To understand the Knight Frank business and have sound general business knowledge.
- To obtain instructions within agreed guidelines to achieve agreed business targets.
- To research accurately and present information in writing to a professional standard.
- To assist other departments and develop new skills in order to broaden your learning experience and career path.
- To undertake the efficient administration of all procedures in carrying out business.
- To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
- To communicate fully with all stakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner.
- To conduct site inspections.
- To perform other tasks delegated by the Partner in charge as required.
- University degree, must be RICS accredited.
- Language skills: Strong written English, additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ideal candidate would be looking to become MRICS qualified.
- A valid driving license is required due to site inspections.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and numerical skills and ability to use excel and learn bespoke valuation software.
- Keen enthusiasm for Residential valuation/advisory in particular.
- You must have the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace and be seeking an opportunity for fast-track career progression.
- Experience of working in a business environment is required.
- The experience, ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain business contacts.
- The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks and duties.
