We are seeking a Residential Investment Valuer at Associate or Partner level to join our expanding London team. The role focuses on Private Rented Sector blocks and portfolios across Prime Central, Prime Outer and Greater London, and the South East, ranging from £1m to £150m.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality valuation and consultancy reports for investment, development finance, financial reporting, acquisitions and viability purposes.
- Value residential assets including PRS blocks, portfolios, HMOs, mixed‑use schemes and new‑build bulk sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across the sector.
- Collaborate with teams across Residential Development, Commercial Valuation, and regional offices.
- Contribute to business development through pitches, proposals and client meetings.
Qualifications
- MRES qualified and RICS Registered Valuer, with at least 7 years’ post‑qualification experience.
- Demonstrable experience valuing residential investment assets in London and the South East.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, commercially minded and client‑focused skills.
- Excellent communication, proactive, collaborative approach.
- Genuine passion for residential property and investment markets.
