About The Role
We are growing our market-leading Valuation & Advisory division and are seeking ambitious Chartered Valuation Surveyors at all levels — from graduate surveyor/newly qualified surveyors ready to build their expertise, to senior leaders seeking a platform to develop and mentor teams and drive client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Newly Qualified Surveyors/Graduates
- Assist in preparing high-quality RICS Red Book valuation and advisory reports for banks, funds, developers, and corporate clients
- Conduct inspections, market research, and comparable analysis
- Support senior colleagues on complex instructions
- Build strong client relationships and develop commercial awareness
- Contribute to pitches, proposals, and team initiatives
- Lead valuation instructions and manage key client relationships
- Oversee and review valuation reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Engage in Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals
- Contribute to the periodic review of team processes and procedures
- Mentor and support junior surveyors
- Provide expert advice on complex assets, portfolios, and development appraisals
- Contribute to shared knowledge within the team and the wider group
- Generate and win new business through networking and client engagement
Requirements
- MRICS/MSCSI - VRS Registered Valuer
- Strong Technical Knowledge of valuation methodologies including Discounted Cash Flows
- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Developer Valuation packages
- Professional presentation with good customer service and communication skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & attention to detail is essential
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
