About The Role
Knight Frank Finance is the independent mortgage and protection insurance arm of Knight Frank. We’re looking for a Training & Competency Assistant to support the development and delivery of our Training & Competence (T&C) scheme. You’ll work closely with the Training, Competency & Business Relationship Manager and the Compliance team to ensure our mortgage advisers are fully supported, compliant, and set up for success.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the firm’s Training & Competence scheme
- Helping advisers meet FCA requirements, maintain CPD, and stay up to date with certification
- Assisting with induction and training programmes, including preparing data and feedback for coaching and development sessions
- Supporting the compliance team in monitoring business risks and maintaining accurate records
- Helping coordinate lender relationships, including visits, onboarding, and sharing updates with advisers
- Contributing to client retention initiatives and ensuring data quality across the business
- Preparing and delivering T&C reports and KPI updates for the management team
- Supporting wider business projects and helping ensure our Consumer Duty responsibilities are met
What we’re looking for
- Experience in compliance or Training & Competence within a financial services or mortgage environment
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification, or willingness to complete within 12 months
- Strong organisational skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging style
- Confident using Microsoft Office and working with customer databases
