About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our in-house team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting hiring across both our Residential and Commercial Real Estate divisions.
This position will operate across a diverse range of hires, giving you exposure to multiple disciplines within Real Estate, while also supporting strategic hiring priorities within the Commercial business.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy
- Proactively source high-quality candidates across Residential and Commercial Real Estate disciplines
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned to both current and future business needs
- Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and market mapping
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to shape targeted sourcing strategies for key hires
- Screening & Candidate Management
- Conduct CV screening and initial candidate outreach
- Support early-stage qualification and shortlisting
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience
- Maintain active communication with both live and pipeline candidates
- Stakeholder Engagement & Commercial Support
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners across both Residential and Commercial hiring
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Support hiring delivery for business-critical roles
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, market conditions, and candidate availability
- Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
- Support workforce planning activity, particularly within the Commercial Real Estate business
- Contribute to talent mapping and market insights to inform future hiring strategy
- Assist in identifying skills gaps and future capability needs
- Provide data and insights to support business planning and growth objectives
- Recruitment Operations & Systems
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Workday)
- Manage job postings, applications, and pipeline tracking
- Ensure all processes are compliant, consistent, and efficient
- Support reporting on recruitment activity and performance metrics
- Strategic Projects & Employer Branding
- Support delivery of strategic hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Contribute to employer branding and attraction initiatives across both business areas
- Assist with events, early talent programmes, and DE&I initiatives
- Provide insights to continuously improve hiring approaches and candidate attraction
Skills & Experience
- Experience in recruitment resourcing, coordination, or agency sourcing
- Exposure to Real Estate recruitment (Residential, Commercial, or both) is highly advantageous
- Strong sourcing capability, with experience building talent pipelines
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
