About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team, focusing on the recruitment of Business Services positions across our UK business. These teams include Technology (I.T), Risk, Data & Digital, Marcomms, HR & People, Accounts and Finance, Tax and Legal.
What the role will entail
- End-to-end Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Business Services positions.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source high-calibre candidates using a range of channels.
- High-Volume Recruitment: Effectively manage a large number of applications across multiple vacancies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Systems and Data: Use ATS Workday to manage requisitions and track candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Knight Frank’s culture.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance Knight Frank’s employer brand.
- Reporting: Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Embed inclusive hiring practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes.
- Agency Management: Build effective relationships with preferred recruitment partners.
What you will be responsible for
- Recruitment for vacancies across divisions and departments at Knight Frank.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
- Provide talent insights to hiring managers on specific sectors and skillsets.
Candidate
- Take responsibility for the experience of all candidates who apply for positions.
- Ensure our opportunities resonate with a diverse audience.
- Screen candidates effectively and inclusively.
- Manage the offer process to ensure timely offers.
- Manage the rejection process professionally.
- Agility to service different subdivisions quickly and effectively.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates.
- Ensure all candidate information is stored on our Applicant Tracking System.
- Drive cost savings by sourcing exceptional talent directly.
Team
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs.
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on senior hires.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing Talent Acquisition function.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2 to 3 years’ recruitment experience from either a Recruitment Agency or In-house Talent Acquisition function.
- A proven track record of recruitment for Business/Corporate services roles.
- Experience delivering 360-recruitment processes.
- Direct Sourcing: Experience sourcing talent through various channels.
- Experience using the Recruitment function of ATS Workday (Desirable).
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment.
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholders up to senior management.
- Excellent organisational skills.
