Learn more about what sets us apart .**About The Role**Our Short Lets team specialises in prime and super prime rental properties, working with high-profile clients and providing a bespoke service in one of the most dynamic parts of the lettings market.**The Opportunity**We are seeking an experienced **Short Lets Senior Negotiator** to join our Central London lettings offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Prime Central London, letting properties on a short-term basis, carrying out pitches, winning instructions, and delivering exceptional client service.**Key Responsibilities*** Win and manage instructions on high-quality short-let properties to maximise business opportunities.* Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio and estate clients, securing repeat business.* Independently negotiate tenancies and secure suitable tenants.* Ensure efficient administration of all short-let processes from instruction through to tenancy.* Maintain a high professional profile within the local market and continually seek new business opportunities.* Provide unparalleled advice to clients and applicants, responding effectively to market changes.* Deliver a seamless service, ensuring lettings are managed efficiently and professionally.* Uphold confidentiality, trust, and goodwill at all times to promote the Partnership’s professional image.**Teamwork & Collaboration*** Liaise with other departments and offices to maximise cross-selling opportunities.* Support the Head of Short Lets and carry out additional tasks as required.**Career Experience:*** Ideally 3+ years’ experience in lettings, with extensive exposure to the **short lets market**.**Skills & Attributes:*** Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills.* Literate, numerate, and commercially minded.* Energetic, enthusiastic, and client-focused.* Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.This role offers the chance to work in one of the most exciting and fast-paced areas of the property market, with exposure to some of London’s most exclusive short-let properties.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
