About The Role
Our highly successful Queens Park office is looking to recruit a capable, motivated, and driven fee earner to join the team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property professional at Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level to take on a key role within a high-performing office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging and conducting viewings and securing sales.
- Handle enquiries professionally across all channels – online, phone, and in person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
About You
- Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or 2–5 years in a sales or client-facing role.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of the North and West London property market, trends, and values is advantageous.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player.
