About The Role
Our highly successful Wimbledon office is looking to recruit a capable, motivated, and driven fee earner to join the team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property professional at Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level to take on a key role within a highâperforming office. Working alongside an established and successful team, you will advise clients and manage the sale of some of South West Londonâs finest homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dayâtoâday interactions with buyers, including arranging and conducting viewings and securing sales.
- Handle enquiries professionally across all channels â online, phone, and in person.
- Maintain accurate and upâtoâdate records on our internal systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
About You
- Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or 2â5 years in a sales or clientâfacing role.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, professional, and customerâfocused approach.
- Strong knowledge of the South West London property market, trends, and values is advantageous.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player.
