About The Role: Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator into our established Fulham & Wandsworth team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to strengthen and expand Knight Frank’s footprint across Fulham, Wandsworth, and Dulwich. Based out of our dynamic and well-regarded Fulham office, you will play a key role in growing our lettings presence across these sought-after areas. You will manage a diverse portfolio of high-value properties while nurturing long-term relationships with discerning clients.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and successfully close lettings transactions, delivering a seamless and professional service.
- Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exemplary communication and support throughout the process.
- Remain agile and responsive to local market conditions, adjusting strategy to optimise results.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fulham, Wandsworth, and Dulwich lettings markets, including competitor activity.
- Prepare market reports and presentations to a high standard, backed by thorough research and insights.
- Uphold Knight Frank’s values of integrity, discretion, and exceptional service in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
Key Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar lettings role within the London property market.
- Strong knowledge of or proven interest in the Fulham, Wandsworth, and Dulwich areas.
- Demonstrable track record in closing high-value lettings deals.
- Outstanding interpersonal and client care skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and prime property.
