About The Role
Scope
- Valuation of Properties and assets
- Advisory services
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection and valuation of properties/assets on behalf of clients
- Prepares error-free valuation reports, feasibility studies and research reports for clients in compliance with Knight Frank global standards and valuations standards
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities, asset optimization, and risk assessment
- Pitch and generate new valuation briefs and transactions on behalf of Knight Frank
Experience
- 1st degree in Estate Management with a minimum of 2nd class grade
- Minimum of 12-15 years property/asset valuation experience
- Membership with NIESV (Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and registration with ESVARBON (Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria) is compulsory.
- Chartered membership of RICS is a plus

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market
- Well organised and have excellent spoken and written communication skills, as well as customer and client management skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, valuation methodologies, and property market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong network and experience working with corporate clients
