About The Role

Knight Frank Scotland is looking for a Saturday Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a polite and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Respond to email enquiries.
  • Organise weekend property viewings.
  • Maintain a tidy office and reception area.
  • Communicate with Operations teams to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Experience Required

  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
  • High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Proactive, confident in decision-making, and comfortable managing their own time and workload.

Hours and Place of Work

Saturdays from 9:30am to 2pm. This role is based in our Queen Street office.

Holidays

Pro rata: 5 days plus closure between Christmas and New Year. Competitive salary.
