About The Role
Our highly successful Battersea & Wandsworth office is looking to recruit a capable, motivated, and driven fee earner to join the team to focus on the Battersea sales market. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced property professional at Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level to take on a key role within a high-performing office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging and conducting viewings and securing sales.
- Handle enquiries professionally across all channels – online, phone, and in person.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our internal systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues.
About You
- Experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, or 2–5 years in a sales or client-facing role.
- Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and closing deals.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of the South West London property market, trends, and values is advantageous.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and a genuine team player.
