Launched in 2022, Knight Frank's Residential Academy provides a unique opportunity for individuals who want to embark on a career in Estate Agency, whether this be your first career, or you want to explore a new one! This comprehensive 2-year programme is designed to offer hands-on experience in both sales and lettings, while developing a broader understanding of the residential property business. Join us and embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills, gain industry knowledge, and secure a permanent role in one of the world's leading property consultancies.

Duration: 2 years

Rotations:

  • 1st Rotation (6 months): Client Services - In the first six months, you will join our Client Services team, focusing on identifying and nurturing relationships with current and past clients within our Central London Sales and Lettings offices. This role plays a vital part in lead generation and involves proactive outreach—primarily through outbound phone calls—to engage prospective clients and re-establish contact with past ones. Your role will involve providing exceptional service and expert advice, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • 2nd & 3rd Rotation (12 months): Sales & Lettings - During your six-month rotation in Sales, you will work as a Sales Negotiator, participating in property viewings, negotiations, and the entire sales process, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in successfully closing deals. During your six-month rotation in Lettings, you will work as a Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include the day-to-day management of applicants, generating viewings, and securing lets on properties.
  • Final Rotation (6 months) - You will gain specialised knowledge and experience in one of our broader Residential business service lines, such as International, Project Marketing, Relocation and Corporate Services.

Upon successful completion of the Residential Academy programme, the aim is for you to transition into permanent roles within Knight Frank, tailored to your career ambitions and the needs of the business.

Learning and Development: At the end of each rotation, you will have the opportunity to present your learnings and insights to Knight Frank Regional Partners and the programme Sponsors. Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop technical skills and industry knowledge. Work closely with mentors and senior team members to gain insights and guidance.
