As our Property Officer (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
  • Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
  • Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
  • Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • Hold a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 1 year of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
  • Highly preferred someone who possesses relevant professional certifications such as FSM, Green Mark, ZWM, WEM, SIFMA Tier 1–4, IFMA, or SCEM.
  • Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.
