**About The Role**
This role will play a pivotal role in strengthening our reporting foundation. They will focus on developing and maintaining high-quality reporting solutions in Workday and Power BI, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. The role requires strong technical ability, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and the confidence to work with limited supervision on complex reporting tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to analytics initiatives by preparing clean, structured datasets for analysis.
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests in line with agreed standards and governance.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of Workday and Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
- Perform regular data quality checks, partnering with HR Operations and Payroll to maintain accurate and reliable core HCM data.
- Gatekeep access to sensitive people data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal data policies.
**Skills & Experience**
- 3 years+ experience in HR reporting, analytics, or similar data-focused role.
- Experience with Workday reporting.
- Competent user of Power BI, including DAX fundamentals and data modelling.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to manage multiple recurring deliverables.
- Good understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Able to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
