This initiative sits at the heart of our strategy to enhance collaboration across our residential and commercial divisions, deepening relationships with our valued investor clients. The ideal candidate will have had experaince across both residential sales and lettings.We’re now looking for an exceptional Client Relationship Manager at Partner level to play a pivotal role in this launch, providing tailored support across buying, selling, and expanding property investment portfolios.This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a new service line from the ground up, driving its growth and long-term success.**Key Responsibilities*** Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of investor landlords and small developers.* Lead business development efforts, from pitching to onboarding new clients.* Understand individual investment strategies, goals, and preferences to deliver bespoke property opportunities.* Act as the primary liaison for all buying and selling activity, guiding clients through the entire investment lifecycle.* Organise and host targeted investor events to educate clients and support portfolio growth.* Collaborate closely with internal teams across Residential Sales, Lettings, Financial Services, Commercial, Capital Markets, Residential Development, Investment Landlord Management, and Planning to deliver joined-up advice and opportunities.* Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and economic indicators to proactively advise clients.* Contribute to the strategic growth and service development of the Investment Desk.**What We’re Looking For*** Sociable, approachable, and collaborative, a natural relationship builder.* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to instil trust and deliver results.* Positive, proactive, and highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership.* Commercially astute, with a deep understanding of investor motivations and market dynamics.* Ambitious and entrepreneurial, eager to be part of a new initiative and grow with it.* Proven experience in residential property investment, client relationship management, or private wealth/property advisory.* Strong understanding of landlord and small developer needs, particularly in the buy-to-let and value-add investment space.* A confident self-starter who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.* Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.If you’re driven by relationships, commercial insight, and the excitement of building something new, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now to be part of Knight Frank’s Investment Desk launch.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
