We are seeking an Internal Communication Business Partner UK to join us on a 3 month FTC. They will be accountable for delivery of key communication projects as part of the UK internal communications plan, working closely with the Channel & Insights Lead to ensure the optimum channel mix and channel delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Support key Business Services leaders with communication across the UK.
  • Support strategic communication priorities across our People, Risk, Finance, Technology and ESG teams, building on an established tone of voice.
  • Advise on creative communication and engagement approaches to achieve project outcomes, ensuring our people are informed and engaged.
  • Create and curate content for UK initiatives, working with the Head of Internal Communication UK.
  • Create engaging communication strategies and plans that help connect Knight Frank’s UK ambition with our Global Vision and Strategy.
  • Combine commercial knowledge with an understanding of people to develop and implement communication strategies, plans and creative campaigns.
  • Be an advocate for the UK Internal Communications Strategy, ensuring leaders understand the service proposition and operating model.
About you:
  • A track record of full ownership of communications activity working with senior leaders.
  • Experience of aligning communication messages with change management activity and overall programme milestones.
  • Ability to operate at pace where required and simplify complexity.
  • Deep understanding and experience of working as an interim internal communications professional.
  • Over six years’ experience working as an Internal Communications professional.
  • Experience of working with senior leadership teams, providing strategic advice and internal communications counsel.
  • Proven success developing and executing strategic employee communications across a variety of channels.
  • Excellent organisational, coordination, project and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of communication best practice, with specific understanding of the role of internal communication and employee engagement in business.
  • Confidence to challenge and advise internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a team and provide influence and leadership.
  • Ability to deal with change in a positive way.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and develop workable solutions.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills.
