About The Role
Due to continued growth in our Global Portfolio Solutions platform, Knight Frank is seeking a Transaction Manager based in Singapore to support the delivery of corporate real estate transaction services for occupier clients across APAC and beyond. The role is primarily delivery-led, focused on executing transactions, managing client relationships and anticipating client needs to deliver commercially-sensible solutions across complex portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Represent Global Portfolio Solutions as a best-in-class corporate real estate advisory platform through consistent, high-quality delivery. Proactively manage existing client relationships and portfolios, acting as a key day-to-day contact for transaction activity.
- Transaction Delivery: Lead and coordinate lease, acquisition, disposal and renegotiation activity across multiple accounts and geographies in conjunction with local brokers. Provide end-to-end transaction oversight, adding strategic, commercial and risk-management value beyond the local brokerage insights. Anticipate risks, constraints and dependencies within transactions, resolving issues proactively.
- Commercial & Business Support: Support the Head of Global Portfolio Solutions APAC with client development activity, pitches and RFP responses as required.
- Cross-Selling & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to cross-sell Knight Frank services across business lines and geographies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
- Team & Culture: Positively contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Share knowledge, insights and best practice to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think ahead, anticipate challenges and develop practical, commercial solutions.
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing client needs, transaction timelines and regional priorities.
- Strong execution mindset with excellent stakeholder management and commercial judgement.
- Experience working across regional or multi-market portfolios is advantageous but not essential.
