Based from our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, we are looking for a proactive and commercially aware Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our in-house team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, supporting hiring across both our Residential and Commercial Real Estate divisions. This is a broad and visible role, combining hands-on sourcing and delivery with exposure to talent strategy, workforce planning, and business-critical hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source high-quality candidates across Residential and Commercial Real Estate disciplines.
  • Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines aligned to both current and future business needs.
  • Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial candidate outreach.
  • Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners across both Residential and Commercial hiring.
  • Support workforce planning activity, particularly within the Commercial Real Estate business.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS (Workday).
  • Support delivery of strategic hiring initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in recruitment resourcing, coordination, or agency sourcing.
  • Exposure to Real Estate recruitment (Residential, Commercial, or both) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with experience building talent pipelines.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Workday desirable).
