About The Role
Knight Frank's Student Property team is the largest London-based consultancy in this sector. We are looking to recruit a Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic team of seven valuers. This role offers excellent prospects for career development and expansion, including opportunities to work on UK and mainland European PBSA valuations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare loan security valuation reports for lenders and valuations for specialist and institutional fund clients.
- Generate new instructions and contribute to the growth of the department.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain Knight Frank's professional image.
- Build expertise in UK and Student Property markets, adhere to deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to share knowledge and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Circle/Circle Investor systems.
About You
- Degree educated and MRICS qualified; registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.
- Previous valuation experience required; student sector experience desirable but not essential.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and numeracy, excellent written communication and report-writing ability, investigative mindset for accurate valuations, IT proficiency, team player with strong interpersonal skills.
