About The Role

The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for the end‐to‐end ownership, strategy, governance and day‐to‐day operation of Knight Frank’s social media presence across all major platforms. The role reports into the Senior Lead Marketing Channels and leads social media delivery across multiple service lines and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall strategy, execution, optimisation, governance, accountability and training for Knight Frank’s core social channels.
  • Ownership of the UK content calendar, planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality content for our primary social media channels.
  • Ongoing trend and innovation monitoring; keeping Knight Frank culturally relevant and competitive.
  • Lead and advise on social media strategy across all UK service lines, ensuring alignment with wider marketing, PR and business objectives.
  • Setting measurable targets against industry benchmarks for tracking both the growth and commercial impact of our social media channels.
  • Act as the direct point of contact and provide relevant social media reporting for all service lines across the business.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams, reflecting the international audience and global visibility of Knight Frank’s social channels.
  • Provide strategic input into campaigns, launches and PR activity.
  • Support paid media strategy with expert recommendations.
  • Work alongside and manage relationships with third-party agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure their important wins, critical news, or brand initiatives are featured on the appropriate social platforms.
  • Confidently manage senior stakeholders, providing guidance and expert advice on social media best practices.
  • Participate in all aspects of content creation, including planning, coordinating shoots, script writing, and storyboarding.
  • Provide direction, prioritisation and ongoing support to marketing executives within the team.
  • Deliver ad-hoc social media training across the UK and globally.
  • Flag unauthorised or fake social media accounts and other breaches of the Global Social Media Policy.

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a social media role with a proven track record for scaling accounts.
  • Expert knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, including organic and paid advertising strategies.
  • Strong understanding and experience with social media reporting and publishing tools.
  • Excellent communicator who is comfortable working alongside and presenting to senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills; ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs.
  • A skilled content creator with the prowess to create engaging content.
  • Must be highly skilled using Canva and in-platform photo/video editing tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated professional with a ‘can do’ attitude.
