About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking to recruit a Senior Negotiator for their fast‐paced and highly successful office in Belsize Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to help strengthen and grow Knight Frank’s presence across Belsize Park and St John’s Wood. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties while building and maintaining long‐term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication throughout the lettings process
  • Remain responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies when needed
  • Uphold Knight Frank’s high professional standards and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures
  • Demonstrate strong market knowledge and maintain awareness of local competitors
  • Accurately research market data and present findings in a polished, professional manner
  • Foster goodwill, trust, and confidentiality with clients and internal stakeholders

Key Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the lettings market
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating deals
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
