About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our prestigious Mayfair team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident and ambitious individual to strengthen and expand Knight Frank's presence in one of London's most exclusive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and successfully close prime and super-prime lettings transactions while delivering an impeccable, white-glove service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key referral partners, ensuring outstanding communication throughout each instruction.
  • Demonstrate agility in responding to market movements and client demands within the fast-paced Mayfair market.
  • Ensure full compliance with all internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Mayfair and Prime Central London lettings market, including competitor activity, market trends, and pricing shifts.
  • Prepare high-quality market reports, proposals, and client presentations, backed by detailed research and insight.
  • Uphold Knight Frank's values of integrity, discretion, and exceptional service in all interactions, befitting the expectations of the Mayfair clientele.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar lettings role within the London property market, ideally within Prime Central London.
  • Strong knowledge of or demonstrable interest in the Mayfair area and its unique client base.
  • Proven track record in handling and closing high-value or prime lettings transactions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a highly polished and professional service to discerning clients.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and organisational abilities.
