Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Renewals Negotiator in their busy and successful team based in Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of tenancy extensions. The team prides themselves on offering the best service to their landlords and tenants and are looking for a team member who can continue to provide exceptional service. We are looking to recruit someone that’s organised, self-motivated, and can work independently and as part of a team.
You will be responsible for the following:- Confidently and professionally negotiating renewal terms with both tenants and landlords
- Ensuring landlords and tenants are contacted three months before the tenancy end date
- Keeping up-to-date with all lettings compliance and advising our clients of any changes that may affect them
- Handling renewal documents and ensuring they are completed on time
- Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with various departments within the lettings division
Ideally, you will have experience working as a negotiator or at least 1 to 2 years of experience working in a sales or customer service driven role and excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and have excellent attention to detail, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with tenants and landlords.
