About The Role
What You Will Be Doing
- General administrative duties
- Franking and recording of mails, records management, E-filing, supervision of contractors
- Prepare and reconcile monthly expense report
- Inventory management
- Contract administration
- Assist with budget planning
- Annual check of office assets and tagging exercise
- Prepare purchase order, work closely with suppliers and internal users, follow up on invoices, process payments
- Maintenance of equipment and office facilities
- Cover reception duty as and when required
- Take the lead on office administrative matters
- Assist with office decoration

- Knowledge of office management system and procedures
- Strong administrative experience
- Able to multi-task and good time management
- Proactive, attention to details, high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Good writing and verbal communication skills
