About The Role
Knight Frank Finance is an independent mortgage and protection insurance advisory service, part of Knight Frank. We pride ourselves on delivering the same quality, integrity, and diligence that define the Knight Frank name worldwide. We are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional client experience and supporting advisers throughout the mortgage process.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for clients, conducting introduction calls and providing updates at key stages of their mortgage journey.
- Liaise with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to progress cases efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records on our CRM system, ensuring all documentation and communications are logged.
- Assist advisers and clients with queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance by flagging missing documents, checking offers, and completing AML checks.
- Support the team with holiday cover and collaborate on pipeline reviews.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in mortgage and/or protection administration is essential.
- Highly organised, methodical, and able to prioritise workloads under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a personable and engaging approach.
- A collaborative team player who demonstrates integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and experienced in using customer databases.
