About The Role
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of all marketing related to the Residential Development & Investment business. This department comprises five main subdivisions: Living Sectors, Residential Land, Consultancy, and Capital Advisory.
What the role will entail
- Work with the Head of Residential Development & Investment PR/Marketing to develop and manage the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Create core marketing messaging, positioning, and manage the production of campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, video etc.).
- Produce deliverables including innovative thought-leadership and research insights, on time, within budget and with attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, advising them on marketing best practice.
- Advise and manage the marketing budget for the Residential Development & Investment business.
- Align marketing strategy and objectives with those of the wider business.
- Measure, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns.
- Regularly present marketing plans and results to senior stakeholders.
What experience you will need
- At least seven years’ marketing experience within property.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Design literate with proficient copy writing skills.
- Up to date with digital and social routes to market.
- Highly organised with an ability to work at speed across projects.
- Confident and articulate, including good presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
