Learn more about what sets us apart .**About The Role**Traverse International Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Knight Frank Finance LLP, is seeking an experienced International Mortgage Advisor to support UK and global clients financing property in Europe or specific European country. As part of one of the world’s leading privately owned real estate consultancies, you’ll deliver a best-in-class advisory service aligned with the quality, integrity, and professionalism synonymous with the Knight Frank brand. This is a high-impact role combining client advisory, business development, and international relationship management across the European property finance markets. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert, holistic mortgage advice to UK and international clients purchasing or refinancing property in Europe* Build and maintain strong relationships with European lenders, including retail and private banks* Collaborate closely with Knight Frank’s London-based International team to maximise referrals and deliver seamless client service* Partner with global Knight Frank offices to identify and develop new business opportunities* Establish and grow a network of introducers across key European markets* Represent Traverse International Finance in Europe, presenting services to clients and internal teams* Ensure compliance with ORIAS/MCD regulations and keep up to date with any regulatory changes* Maintain CPD requirements and support the development of junior brokers* Deliver advice in line with internal sales policies, ensuring transparency on services, costs, and regulatory status* Manage the full client journey, maintaining accurate records on CRM systems to ensure a complete audit trail* Contribute to annual business planning and performance reviews **About You** * ORIAS/European MCD qualified (essential)* Fluent in both a European Language and English* Strong knowledge of a European mortgage market and regulatory environment* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a mortgage advisor within a European country* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets* Skilled in building and developing client and partner relationships* Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development* Willing and able to travel to Europe (3–5 days per month)* Full, clean driving licence * Be part of a globally recognised, premium real estate brand* Work with high-net-worth international clients* Access to a strong internal referral network across Knight Frank’s global offices* Opportunity to shape and grow the European mortgage proposition* Competitive salary and benefits package.* Private Medical Insurance (BUPA).* Exclusive training and career development opportunities within a prestigious global brand.* Hybrid working from our Central London HQ.
