The Role:
We have an opportunity for a talented web content writer/specialist to join our Marcomms content team. This role works primarily across our website with a primary focus on Residential. This role will work closely with the web & UX teams as well as the Senior Web Content Specialist to ensure that our web content accurately reflects our various services and business lines.
About You:
You’re an excellent digital writer with strong SEO knowledge who has experience working with web product and technical SEO teams. You’re strategic, innovative, collaborative, and able to problem solve while putting the user first.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to deliver a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process.
- Writing web content with the user experience at its heart.
- Using data to inform and test content choices and communicating those decisions to the business.
- Use SEO strategies to maximise the online visibility of our website.
- Proficient with platforms such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- Use our CMS to upload and manage content across the web.
- Prioritise work according to business priorities.
Professional Experience:
- Excellent level of written English.
- A sharp eye for editorial detail such as grammar and editorial structure.
- Experience in all areas of digital content publishing, planning, and editing.
- Proficient with SEO/LLM best practice.
- Experience using data to make data-led strategic decisions.
