About The Role
Ihre Rolle bei uns: Als Consultant sind Sie Teil unseres Bewertungsteams und arbeiten an spannenden Projekten fĂĽr nationale und internationale Kunden. Sie entwickeln Ihre Fachkenntnisse Schritt fĂĽr Schritt weiter, ĂĽbernehmen erste Verantwortung und werden durch erfahrene Kollegen eng begleitet. Ihre Aufgaben:
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Bewertungsberichten fĂĽr Einzelimmobilien und Portfolios
- Erstellung von Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- DurchfĂĽhrung und Begleitung von Objektbesichtigungen
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit UnterstĂĽtzung durch unsere Senior Consultants
- Laufende Weiterbildung und Vorbereitung auf relevante Zertifizierungen (z. B. RICS, HypZert)
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in stellenrelevanten Fächern
- Erste Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewertung z. B. durch Praktika
- Interesse an regulatorischen Anforderungen und Bewertungsstandards
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)
- Eigenständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft und FĂĽhrerschein Klasse B
