About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Knight Frank Property Management Sdn Bhd as a Building Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of commercial or residential properties within Klang Valley.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance, cleaning, and security services for the properties
  • Oversee the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of property management
  • Liaise with tenants, owners, and external contractors to address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to enhance the overall tenant experience
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a building or facilities management role, preferably in the commercial and/or residential property sector
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
