About The Role

Knight Frank is looking to appoint an Associate to join our market leading Industrial & Logistics European Capital Markets team. This is an opportunity to join one of the most active and highly regarded teams in the sector, advising clients on some of the largest and most high-profile Industrial & Logistics transactions across Continental Europe. Working alongside an established team of industry experts, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of institutional investors, REITs, private equity firms and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, helping to shape investment strategies and deliver market-leading outcomes.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with senior members of the team on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping source, analyse and execute deals across mainland Europe. The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility from day one and the opportunity to further develop an already strong network of investors, developers and occupiers across the sector. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build their profile within a market-leading capital markets platform while working on complex, institutional-grade transactions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Transactions & Deal Execution: Supporting and leading the analysis and execution of acquisitions and disposals across single assets, portfolios and development opportunities. Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with technical, legal and occupational advisors. Preparing investment marketing materials, information memorandums, data rooms and investor presentations. Undertaking property inspections, investor meetings and transaction presentations. Ensuring all transactions are managed in line with internal compliance and risk management procedures.
  • Financial Analysis & Modelling: Undertaking detailed investment appraisals using discounted cash flow (DCF) and spot pricing analysis. Building and reviewing complex financial models to assess investment and development opportunities. Analysing tenancy schedules, lease documentation, development appraisals and asset management plans. Monitoring portfolio performance and providing strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives. Supporting investment decisions through detailed market and financial analysis.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement: Preparing and delivering pitch presentations for new business opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with investors across Europe and globally. Attending client meetings, industry events and conferences, including international travel where required. Working closely with colleagues across Knight Frank's European and global network to identify opportunities and share market intelligence.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Maintaining a strong understanding of Industrial & Logistics investment and occupational markets across Europe. Monitoring economic trends, capital flows and debt market movements to identify opportunities and risks. Developing and managing market data sets, investor intelligence and transaction databases.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, investors and clients.
  • A genuine interest in capital markets and real estate investment.
  • The ability to use data, technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and insight.
  • Industrial & Logistics experience would be advantageous, but it isn't essential.

  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A desire to continuously learn, develop and contribute to the growth of the team.
