About The Role

Knight Frank Nigeria is seeking a technically skilled Land and Building Valuer to join our Valuation team. You will conduct valuations of land and buildings across multiple sectors, providing accurate, compliant, and professional valuation advice to clients. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality reports suitable for financial reporting, asset financing, taxation, or transaction purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct valuations of land and buildings using market, income, and cost approaches.
  • Inspect properties and assess condition, location, and suitability.
  • Prepare professional, accurate, and compliant valuation reports.
  • Advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment potential.
  • Ensure compliance with IVS, RICS, NIESV, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated services.

Person Specification

  • Degree in Estate Management.
  • Professional membership (e.g., NIESV, RICS) is required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in land and building valuation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian property market.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and client-focused.
