This internship offers hands-on exposure to the real estate industry. Interns will support day-to-day operations, assist with ongoing projects, and gain practical experience relevant to their field of study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with research, data collection, and basic analysis
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks as required
  • Participate in meetings, briefings, inspections, and site visits
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks

  • Valuation & Advisory
    • Support preparation of valuation reports and groundwork
    • Assist in property inspections and data verification

    • Collect and analyze market data for research publications

    • Assist in preparing consultancy deliverables and charts
  • Property Management
    • Assist in daily building management operations
    • Support tenant communication, service provider coordination, and documentation
    • Help monitor maintenance issues and update records
  • Office Strategy & Solutions
    • Support office leasing and tenancy management tasks
    • Assist in collating client requirements and preparing presentation slides
    • Help with data analysis related to occupancy, layouts, or workplace trends
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields
  • Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
