About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for Leeds Commercial Professional Consultancy teams.
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.
Role:
This is a role for a highly motivated Business Support Coordinator. Responsible for providing an effective and efficient administrative support service to the Leeds Commercial Professional Consultancy teams, ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for the team and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
- Provide team financial support, including WIP sheet reconciliation, invoice coordination, and expense claim support.
- Attend team meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up.
- Support team training by ensuring mandatory training is up to date.
- Prepare correspondence, including letters, memos, and design documents.
- Manage mail, email, and requests for information.
- Maintain team schedules, organize internal/external meetings, and book meeting rooms.
- Arrange corporate travel and produce meeting/conference materials.
- Take minutes at board/management meetings and disseminate actions.
- Liaise with IT to troubleshoot system errors for the team.
- Collaborate with other business support members to improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain CPD records and ensure best practices in RISK, audit, and compliance support.
- Serve as an Information Security Champion and maintain team storage/retrieval systems.
- Provide marketing support, including social media management, event organization, and CRM assistance.
- Assist in business development, event support, and contribute to idea generation for KFX.
Key Experience Required:
- 1+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
