About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Saturday Assistant to join our team in the Bristol office. This position is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our outstanding Knight Frank team to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, including diary management, coordinating the day's activities, and liaising with clients.
  • Answer telephone calls, register clients, discuss property details, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Represent our global firm and ensure customers enjoy a positive, valuable, and seamless experience.

In addition to the above, you will:

  • Serve as an ambassador for the office, creating a positive first impression as the first point of contact.
  • Provide comprehensive and detailed feedback on any interactions that occurred during the day.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that sales are managed efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Confidently share local knowledge with the office and clients.
  • Enhance knowledge of Knight Frank services to cross-sell to potential purchasers.

Key Experience Required:

  • Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
  • High level of initiative with the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Proactive, confident in decision-making, and comfortable managing their own time and workload.
  • Advanced IT skills.

Hours: Saturdays from 9:00am to 2pm
