About the Role
Knight Frank is launching a new Affiliate Broker model for experienced residential brokers who want to build their own business with the backing of one of the world's most respected property brands. This opportunity focuses on key markets not currently serviced through the Bristol City network. As a self‐employed Affiliate Broker you will manage sales end to end, grow your own pipeline, and build a personal brand while leveraging the credibility, reach and infrastructure of Knight Frank.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‐to‐end residential sales processes, including client acquisition, property marketing, and transaction coordination.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities within your defined territory.
- Develop and promote your personal brand while aligning with Knight Frank's brand standards.
- Leverage Knight Frank's marketing tools and support to present properties to clients.
- Maintain compliance with Knight Frank's compliance, admin, and operational protocols.
