About The Role
Our company is London’s fastest growing portfolio of international award-winning brands. We deliver world-class interior design services to a global client base.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Responsible for own P&L/1-3-5 budget, ensuring profit target is met or exceeded.
- Significant responsibility for business generation through a pre-existing client base and introducing new clients to the business.
- New business development - attend and generate client meetings, identify opportunities and convert.
- Manage and maintain key relationships and partnerships, generating both new and repeat business.
- Take ownership of customer database & process to ‘Best in Class’ standards.
- Attend site visits with design team to ensure that site notes and quotations are accurate and timely.
- Project manage successfully, execute continuous learning and development within project teams.
- Liaise with design team to ensure we execute installations in line with client expectations.
- Ensure PSOS are achieving the company set GP target and signed off by Senior Director.
- Track competitor activity and assessment to ensure we remain ahead of the competition.
- Hold and chair weekly team meetings and 1:1, to include review of KPIs and set S.M.A.R.T actions.
- Act as line manager to team whilst providing development and mentoring support.
- Agree marketing plan timings and budget for key client or brand with Marketing department.
- Work with suppliers to introduce new products and gain grade A supplier status.
- Project manage projects from enquiry to installation as well as providing Best in Class aftercare.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint).
- Managerial experience or proven mentoring/training capabilities.
- Personal presentation to meet expectations of Business and Design Environment.
