A leading independent prep school in Buckinghamshire (close to Berkshire) is seeking an engaging, dedicated and experienced Science Teacher from September 2026. This is a full time and permanent role.
This role will entail teaching Science from Year 5 up to Year 8 including common entrance and scholarship level. You will be part of a dedicated, caring and experienced Science department and expected to have a passion for Science and want to deliver engaging and dynamic lessons. You will be a nurturing individual, able to build positive relationships with all members of the school community.
This independent prep school aims to give pupils confidence, independence and the motivation to succeed. Nurturing staff help students expand and realise their potential, inspiring all pupils to achieve and enjoy many areas of school life. This independent school also aims to ensure its pupils understand the impact they have on others and the responsibility they have to give their time and abilities to the wider community, not just during school, but their entire adult life.
There is accommodation/accommodation allowance with this role, but in return it is hoped the successful candidate will contribute to many areas of school life.
